This car dealer is ridiculous. We stopped in, spoke to Sales and then Finance about a vehicle they “just got in” hours before and just needed emissions testing then they could sell it. We said great call us in the morning about final numbers and we will be there to buy. Takes three calls the next day to get someone to talk to us. They then say it was sold this morning and too bad. What kind of sales tactics and customer service is this?!? There are multiple dealers up and down Broadway and Main in Mesa. I strongly urge you to try others as Simple Car Store can not be trusted to follow through on what they say

Heard these guys on the 101 the beat and went down there this week. Drove off with a 08 dodge caliber. My rep Kevin was really funny and helpful. I had read a couple of mixed reviews about these guys before going in so I was a little skeptical. When I asked kevin about the cars, he offered a car fax and told me about the extended warranty program they have. I ended up getting my payments at 375 a month, would have like a little lower but I wanted to get one of the newer cars, so I guess I cant complain too much.It looks like anyone who complains was too dumb to purchase a extended warranty. LOL, Some ppl expect a used car to never have a problem. But its a used car, i can get that.

Shoddy business practices, poor customer service, unprofessional practices, unauthorized debits, harassing, rude, poor accounts payable practices, lack of accounting of payments, lack of communication skills.
