Jeremy is my service advisor. He is friendly and always welcomes me when I come in. He makes sure things are checked and the work is completed. He makes sure the car is cleaner than it was when I brought it in. He always makes sure I have a ride both ways if needed. When I have questions, he always takes time to explain everything to me. I would give him a raise..
The dealership was willing to work out the deal remotely, which meant I only had to come in to sign the paperwork. Since I live 60 miles away, that was extremely important to me. Anthony made it all happen by coordinating with the manager and keeping everything moving smoothly. Overall, it was a great buying experience—something I couldn’t get from other dealers I contacted.
She did not have a great attitude. Customer service has been overall good brfore this time.

Both Alex & Kevin were amazing! If it weren’t for them I would’ve have gone to a competitor. I returned to your location specifically because of Kevin. This is the 2nd vehicle they assisted on and I look forward to making a 3rd purchase from them before the end of the year.
