Always clear communication and straightforward advice on service and what to expect in coming months. They never hit you with you better get this done today Unless it is an actual emergency Brian in service is very knowledgeable and the techs are experienced and professional as well as helpful
service dept rip is a off charged for work not done I was under warranty which was a third party (sold by The GM Dealer) they said my pump needed to be replaced the car was in for other work gave me a story all the work done under warranty would have cost over $3000 and I only had to pay $250 never going back.
They are the total opposite of the stereotypical dealership. Classy and honest in sales and service.
Do NOT go there, Car windows’ stickers are not accurate, The dealership is hiding information.
I had a tire/rim leak. Problem was compounded that the tires were filled with nitrogen. They resealed the rim to the tire and that solved the problem. The appointment was made professionally and around my schedule given the one hour drive to get there. The service was handled quickly while I had breakfast at the diner down the street.
Charged me $265 in labor and couldn’t figure out the problem, 2014 Chevy Silverado 40000 miles, engine light and loss of power. Vehicle has been 100% dealer maintained.
