This dealership was amazing and put the Lehi dealership to shame. I had a battery issue with my 2012 Porsche Panamera. Lehi promised to call me back - no one was available. I waited all day and called again. Nothing. So I call the SLC dealership (I'm new to the area). They told me that if I came when they opened, at 7:30 the next day, that they would get me in. And so they did. They fixed the issue - and were able to warranty a bad battery I'd gotten from the dealership in Newport Beach 7 months earlier. No charge. Are you kidding me? I'll be a lifer with SLC Porsche as long as I live here. NOTE: Michael Collins is an amazing person. Kind, knowledgeable, and he knows what the Porsche experience should feel like. He made me feel special and I so appreciated that! What a great experience!

We placed a factory order in 2024 for a 2025 Cayenne S through Teddy. The car was finished just as the 25% tariff chaos on imported cars started. While many unknowns existed on how the tariff would affect our delivery, Teddy did his best in keeping us updated on the status. When he told us that our car was catching the last boat for Porsche to pay the tariff, it made our day. Another bonus in closing this transaction, Mat informed us we'd receive a non-trivial rebate on the extended waranty of our trade-in. And the value of our trade-in was a fair offer. This was our second factory order Cayenne from Porsche SLC. Both purchases ended up trouble free and fair. So Porsche SLC deserves 5 stars.

Great service and very fast response from Teddy Polevoy. Deal was done in a few hours and when I landed in SLC I just walked in and picked up the keys. Car was ready to go and my in/out time was literally 15 minutes.
