I’ve purchased several cars through Porsche Salt Lake and I have looked for specific models elsewhere, and the Porsche dealers that I had inquired on all wanted steep markups above the sticker price on the vehicle vehicles I’ve been interested in Teddy has been my sales rep for each of them. It’s been a great experience. . No additional markups. Even came back to me when ordering and double check certain options, even suggesting to delete one of them . The most pain-free. incredibly organized paperwork was streamline fast and efficient and took the time to go over everything and my questions regarding the car. I almost never write reviews. I don’t like to spend time with it and I’m not into social networks neither. I’m doing an exception today because I got very good experiences with Porsche Salt Lake City and, particularly, Nick Morgan, my brand ambassador, who always go above and beyond for me to get, not only a great deal, but, most of all, a great experience. It starts with small details like, without you asking, giving you a tour of their new facility including areas customers are not supposed to visit making you feel like a VIP. It pursues with concrete actions to get you the car you want at a price you can afford (ie. find a prior year, find the right options, find a car in stock even from another dealer…) It follows with excellent communication until a perfect delivery and after sales follow-up. I believe Nick is younger than his other colleagues but I found his work to be perfect and he always found ways to get what I want. No surprise that, within a few months, I already bought a second car with his help. Finally, I also really appreciate Matt, the financial director, because he never pushed me / tried to over-sell me with things I don’t want when most other dealers try to and Aaron, the sales manager, who made my inquiries possible. In a few words… The new location is amazing and the team is extremely nice and helpful. At least this is my experience and I hope other customers will feel the same. Thanks! Oh… I forget… Something they could do better? For sure! Get rid of the credit card fees! I know there is a cost for this but this should be part of their overheads. In my opinion, asking fees from a luxury / premium place is really not classy. Imagine how customers would feel if they were asked extra $ to pay with their credit card at Hermes, Vuitton, DWR…

I have purchased two great cars this last month from Porsches Salt Lake City. My salesperson, Ryan has been the perfect guy for me to work with. His demeanor and candor is the difference maker for me in the car buying process. Mike has been very willing to help get the numbers to work. I recommend these guys and the entire staff. Outstanding. The new facility adds a whole new dimension to the experience, too.

We were looking for a like-new MINI Countryman and found a beautiful one at Porsche Salt Lake City. We were torn between buying that one vs. a comparable one for sale in Florida. After test driving it the decision was even harder...but we decided to go with the one in Florida with a lower sticker price and fewer miles. We booked tickets to fly out there and buy it and planned a fun road trip to get it home to SLC, only to encounter classic "used car salesman" shenanigans with the Florida dealership. We realized that we simply didn't want to do business with anyone who operates without integrity and respect, so we cancelled our flights to Florida, called up Porsche Salt Lake City and said "let's do this". It is primarily because of their integrity and honesty in the way they conduct their business that we felt so good about the decision. After buying a Porsche there years ago, a positive relationship was established, and they continue to treat us with respect and like valued clients. The decision to move forward with the purchase was made at noon, and we drove it home that evening. So fast! So professional! Eddie and Adam were the dream team that made it happen, and Teddie was also a big reason for our positive experience at Porsche Salt Lake City. I'm sure there are others who worked behind the scenes to make it happen. Everyone there has been nothing but informative, helpful, and warmly professional. We cannot recommend Porsche Salt Lake City more highly. We are exceedingly happy about their new Millcreek showroom that is going to open up in the next month. What a beautiful space in a great area befitting Porsche it is.
