Vegas is the reason we bought a car on our first visit to Villages Subaru simply to get information. A great salesman and representative of your company, he listened to what we were looking for and quickly found a perfect solution. My wife loved her Forester but was concerned at the high mileage on the odometer. He said he’d just received another Forester, three years old with only 8,000 miles. It was a perfect marriage. We bought the car after some negotiations where, I believe, Vegas was our advocate. If all your salesmen operate with the same friendliness, understanding and knowledge that Vegas demonstrated, you’ll have a great sales team. Couldn’t be happier.
We had a very positive experience with everyone we worked with at Villages Subaru. We purchased a vehicle and felt that our sales representative did a wonderful job answering all of our questions and worked hard at offering us a good price.
Impressed with changes in the dealership under new ownership. Services performed were explained thoroughly and future service suggested with cost estimates. Sales associate was neatly dressed, attractive and congenial and absolutely no pressure. Wait area was comfortable and amenities were offered
I waited over 2 hrs for the financing and no one told me about the 3% charge on the credit card until I presented it for the deposit. If I had known earlier during the 2 hrs I waited I could have contacted my bank and used my debit card. By the time I was told I wanted nothing more than to leave since I had been there over 4.5 hrs!!
This is my 4th car from them. Always a great experience❤️. Got what I wanted no hassle
