The worst service experience I have ever had. A simple oil change turned into oil all over my driveway i side of my doors on my upholstery. I had to bring the truck back as the bottom was covered in oil and dripping on my driveway. I got an upholstery cleaner and cleaned the interior myself. I was told the regional service manager would contact me but I have heard nothing. Stay away, if a sumple oil change is too mych for them just imagine if you needed your brakes replaced.
I recently had a service which was amazing. The valet system was flawless and they even sent me pictures of what they recommend recommended.. I greatly appreciated the video of my truck and how the service was going.
