Buyer Beware. We purchased a vehicle from this dealership that later proved to be defective. While exploring our consumer protection options with an attorney, we learned that an arbitration agreement had been included among the purchase documents and required to be signed at the time of sale. This agreement effectively limits a buyer’s ability to pursue legal recourse through the court system and shifts disputes into private arbitration, significantly reducing consumer protections. In practice, this structure leaves buyers with little accountability or leverage when serious issues arise after purchase. Prospective customers should carefully review all documentation and fully understand the legal rights they may be asked to waive before doing business here. Transparency and accountability appear secondary to protecting the dealership from liability.

I had my truck towed in and I received an update very quickly. I really appreciate how quickly they informed me of the problem. They fixed the truck very quickly as well. Very nice customer service staff.

The service department does a great job. They are extremely flexible and accommodating. Work always gets done in a timely matter. And you don’t feel like they are selling you something you don’t need.

My appointment was as on time and the service was performed promptly. No sales pressure. Overall good experience.
