I had the fastest and amazing experience. Rick Encarnacao was such an amazing sales rep. I never leave reviews, however this was a well deserved review. He was very friendly, attentive, and made it all happen in an hour and a half, which is rare, every other dealership experience has lasted almost 4 hours with the process being more of an annoyance. I never got that here. Rick is the Sales consultant you want to go to and it doesn't stop when you leave the dealership, even after you can reach out for any and all questions or concerns, really enjoyed this experience.

My vehicle was ready as promised. Micah ordered parts and got my vehicle back on the road.
