Overall I had a wonderful experience trading my car for a new to me preowned vehicle from Audi Fort Lauderdale. Frank Fernandez was my sales advisor. Make sure to ask for him when you need a new car! Manager Dan Bakerman was also very helpful, as was Maurice on their Finace team. Samantha did a great job. The waiting area leaves a little to be desired. The West Palm Beach location has a coffee machine, water etc. It's a nice touch when you're waiting for your car.

I was quite disappointed to hear that JC had left as he was a very efficient service advisor. Both my wife and I have Audi’s and have been very pleased with everything. Until this experience. My car was in service for a week. Not once did I ever receive a call about the issue or how long it would take to fix. I had to call the advisor several times during each day just to get a call back hours later. Each time he did not know anything as my car. It sat there and I had no transportation myself, thus inconveniencing my wife as we only had one car for the two of us. I was never offered a loaner car, which JC always made sure we had if the car was in for longer than usual. I asked if the dealer gives loaners and I finally received one many days later. Also when I spoke to the advisor about having my car towed I was given the audi towing service number which sent the wrong type of tow truck. I called the advisor who told me if I wanted a different truck I would have to pay for one and he gave me the number to some other towing company to pay for it directly. I did however call audi roadside back and explained the situation and they told me they did have that type of truck and there would not be a charge. The advisor also told me that you do not take deliveries on Saturday and Audi Roadside said that you did. They however picked up the car Saturday morning and dropped it off to you. I circle by to make sure all was good and it was. Lastly the car was never washed which they always do. Not sure if you recently stopped that service. I normally do not do bad surveys but I feel you can surely improve on your customer service.

Called, got the appointment, was offered a loaner. Car was fixed in one day and I am happy.
