This dealership is under new ownership and as a result, the service center is a hot mess. A part that was ordered and should have been in in 3-4 days took over 2 weeks. Scheduling was a mess as I was told they are operating in 3 different systems and calling to schedule often resulted in the call being dropped. Finally, the work that was supposed to take 30 min took 2 hours. I don’t blame the employees as they are doing their best. I just hope this is a transition problem and not a new ownership problem. The previous systems seemed to work much better.
