What Others Say

Classic click and bait dealership! Traveled from New Jersey through train + Uber, three hours each way to inspect a 2022 Tesla Model Y Performance (VIN 7SAYGDEFXNF389275, Stock #30570) advertised at $26,995 on both Cars.com and Victory Mitsubishi’s own website. After the test drive, the salesperson revealed the real price was approximately $34,995. An undisclosed $8,000 markup over the advertised price. When I asked why, I was told “the market team does that.” This violates NYC Administrative Code § 20-268.4, which prohibits NYC second-hand dealers from selling above the advertised price. It also directly contradicts Victory Mitsubishi’s own published pricing disclaimer, which states the advertised price is “the full offering price available to any consumer, excluding only applicable government fees such as sales tax, title, registration, and state-required charges.” I have screenshots of everything: the advertised price on multiple platforms, their own written disclaimer contradicting their conduct, and the spec sheet listing $26,995

This dealership is a joke. I blame myself for reading the poor reviews and still traveling the hour away for a confirmed vehicle on premises and appointment. Car was not available as "a dealer representative was out driving it. Would I be willing to wait 40 minutes for them to return?" The sales people can't even lie well having been told the car was new to inventory. Read the CarFax and other online resources. You've had it for sale since January 2026. Avoid this place like the plague.

Scammers. They sold me the car with 160 miles as it was new and with the price of a new car, turns out the catalytic converter was not the original and now they don't want to take care of it after it failed. Do not buy anything with them.

Fran at the dealership got us taken care of. Fast friendly and efficient. In below zero temps my guy Fran was outside showing us all the vehicles we were interested in. I can’t thank him enough. True professional. Raise!

I had a HORRIBLE experience at this LOW LEVEL dealership! I showed up with my family for an appt. to do a test drive of a car - unbeknownst to me - it was a BAIT & SWITCH car. They NEVER intended to SELL this car - ONLY to LURE and FOOL customers through DECEPTIVE practices. They claimed to have TWO vehicles for me to test drive and showed me NONE of them - because they were being SERVICED. The RUDE manager, Kevin Zamora, then told us 'there's the door'. And we took our children and walked out the dealership. I REFUSE to spend my money at a DISHONEST business... AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU. Skip their business and go somewhere REPUTABLE.

Adrian was very helpful. He explained all the details and made sure to get me the best deal on the insurance. I definitely recommend him!
