Working with Jimmy has been such a pleasure. He truly gave my friend and I amazing customer service and spent 3 hours with us to ensure we got the best deal and it was in her best interest. Anyone would be lucky to work with him and should ask for him! Jacob helped us get our finances in order to make this deal happen in a way that would work for our financial situation. I had a great experience at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills when I purchased my 2025 QX55. Everyone was very friendly and their offer on my trade in was more than fair. I worked with Jimmy McColgan who is very experienced in the industry and also wants to see you get a good deal and love the car you are purchasing. I e had the car for two months and I do love it! It has been great in the snow and ice and I can’t wait to be able to use the sunroof this summer! I highly recommend an Infiniti, we have several Nissans in our family already, so it was time to step up a level! I definitely recommend Infiniti of Clarendon Hills having dealt with several people in addition to Jimmy at the dealership.

Eddy the Car Guy Lindt is the Best. I usually leave the car dealer after purchasing a car fatigued and wondering what I just did. Eddy and his management team at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills were great. The owners came over and greeted me and my wife welcoming us in a very cordial manner. Eddy the salesman was knowledgeable about the product and made the process and enjoyable experience. I even danced down the hallway on the way to pick up my new ride. Five Stars all the way, I will use Eddy for future purchase and highly recommend him.
Jimmy was attentive and friendly. He didn’t try to upsell and was really focused on getting us an adequate service history on a used vehicle to put our mind at ease with regard to future reliability.
