My car was leaking radiator fluid. I called PDR. and told them so. They set me up for an appointment on Jan 3. My Battery died before Jan 3. and I told them so. I told them that I would have my Saturn Relay towed to them about 15 mins late. They told me that they would replace the battery, radiator and  hoses for $1,070.00. I told them that I will have my car towed back to my house then the said I owed $225 for the estimate. They didn't mention diagnostic charge at any time and they didn't allow the towing company to take my car until I paid. They later brought it down to $197.00. Be aware if PDR  just looks at your car you're going to pay about $200.00 and average radiator replacement is about  $500 according to the internet.

Beware of price prior to handing keys over. I was not able to provide much oversight or communication during the time my vehicle was in the shop. When it took time to pay the bill, I found that their prices were relatively high and many were unknown to me. NOT RECOMMENDED

Great customer service. I came in with a complicated repair, no one else could help with for a reasonable price, and they helped me beyond what I expected.

I have been going to PDR for awhile now. They are by far the best auto shop I have ever dealt with! They are quick, honest, thorough, and professional. While their prices are competitive, their service makes the price totally worth it! Thank you guys for another job well done!
