Work some magic with some miracle financing helping me get out of some negative equity
I had issue with the condition of jeep when I purchased it and the GM handled it immediately and then I had to take it to a sister location and they took care of everything. They did a really good job and stood behind their product.
Had very invasive work done and they stayed with it until all the glitches were fixed.
Service Manager, Sarah Cummins, went above and beyond to help me with the extended warranty that I purchased from another dealership. I am truly impressed with the amount of time she put into helping me!
She was great at setting up the appointment and answering my questions! And the job was done within a 2 hour period which was the time they quoted.
They are always welcoming and remember me personally and my vehicle. All the staff at the dealership are always friendly and treat me right.
