What Others Say

All the associates were very nice, they helped me get my car, the deals and payments are affordable..i recommend this place to anyone I'm a very satisfied customer.

Worked with Tim and J P to get a commuter vehicle for my wife and myself. They made the whole process pain free and had the paperwork ready to go when we got there. A good overall experience !!!

Killer Auto Sales is such a low pressure dealership that they never even bothered to return my calls. I made a cash offer on a car they had online and got nothing in return. Very unprofessional. If your truly in the market for a car or truck take your patronage somewhere it's appreciated, because this dealership isn't worth your time.

We bought a MBZ 300C that had work promised at teh ppoint of sale. a few months had passed and we went back to our salesman, Dustyn, adn even though the person that made the promise had left months earlier, Dustyn took the car and had the work done at no cost to us. What is important here is that time had passed adn the person that made the promise had left, but to maintain our confidence, Dustyn went the extra mile - absolutely unusual in today's auto buying process.

I purchased a vehicle from "killer" auto in 2013, prior to the new owners. When I recently went to go back and look at trading my vehicle they could only approve a certain amount. So I went to Dodge, where I found out that I had an accident on the carfax with AIRBAGS deployed prior to my purchase. I immediately contacted "killer" auto and asked why I was shown a clear carfax yet now its showing as accident with AIRBAGS deployed. They said it was prior owner and they were having issues with some of their sales tactics. They told us they would work with us to get out of the car and into something else. Their solution----- $1000 down on a new car, higher interest rate and negative equity in our trade. Facts 1) "killer" had original purchase contract from prior owner Mike when purchased at auction and it shows no accident and clean bill 2) new owner Mark West said he did not make money off the deal so why should he help now 3) I recommended and posted rave reviews prior to this incident not knowing that Mark West purchased the dealership and he profited from those deals 4) "killer" is the dealership and name purchased and while they will be happy to profit off your trade and benefit from the service contacts and warranties written when Mike owned the dealership, he will not right a wrong for consumer safety 5) I did not ask for a free car or a write off, I was willing to start an entire new loan even though I only had 17 payments left in my unsafe vehicle. I just did not want to put my 7 children in a car that has AIRBAGS deployed 6) "killer" would not even pay to have the airbag sensors checked at a Dodge dealership to help aleve my concerns KILLER indeed Do not buy from this dealership if you want security and peace of mind

We are now on our third car from Killer Auto Sales. Dustyn was our introductory salesman to this laid back yet diligent dealership. His cool demeanor and helpful approach was refreshing and such a relief after dealing with other larger, stuffy, dealerships. My husband purchased a Chevrolet Cobalt and Ben was amazing in working the payments down to something we could manage. After a bad car accident that resulted in a total loss of the Cobalt we returned to Killer Auto Sales with head in hand. Everyone was very compassionate and concerned that no one was hurt and Chris, our next salesman, eased us through the purchase of a Hyundai Elantra. Ben once again worked his magic and got our payments where we needed it. He passed the torch of the sale to Dave. Oh, Dave though....Very informative, thorough, sarcastic, funny, relaxed, and super helpful. For car number three, a Pontiac Grand Am, (daughters first car), Ben worked his magic and got the final cash sale price down to what she needed and I swear he must have a leprechaun in his pocket! As far as repairs....Cobalt needed some tweeking that Killer covered. Hyundai needed new windshield that Killer covered. Grand Am needed air conditioning work and a few button issues which Killer once again covered. The owner of Killer Auto Sales has put together a team of salesmen and a sales system that works for anyone who prefers life with a little less stress! Thanks guys for everything!!!
