Avoid Bay City Motors at all costs! Bought an 08 Jetta here that had a fraudulent inspection sticker. It took the involvement of the Maine State Police to get the inspectable items repaired and the car still has numerous issues. The back door won't lock and the window doesn't work. The rear defrost doesn't work. The airbag sensor light is on. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Bought a 2006 VW Jetta from him and I have been driving it everyday since and it’s been a great car. Buying from him was easy and he took care of everything. I would definitely buy another vehicle from him.

We got my sons Audi from Frank. It has been a great car. He drove it back and forth from Calais Maine to Windham Maine every weekend. It has been extremely reliable. I have a 09 BMW 335i. I bought from another dealership out of state in Kentucky. When I got the car it needed a new clutch/flywheel. Frank helped me find the right clutch for my application. To chose between oem or aftermarket. Frank at Bay city is a lifesaver. I was so worried when I got my car back to Maine and it had issues. I should of shopped local instead of thinking I could get a better deal online. His shops work speaks for itself. After I got my car back from the clutch job a couple thousand miles later my hpfp went . Hpfp' are known to go In 335's. He helped me out and got that replaced with a new oem hpfp and oem parts! Im gonna be looking for another car soon and Frank at Bay city will be who I'll be seeing for that! I won't bring my car to be serviced anywhere else. Don't know why people are complaining about Frank. He is an awesome, selfless, genuine, and friendly person. Obviously the people who bought cars that had issues didn't do their research. I love my 2010 VW that I purchased from there and like I said Frank is awesome. He will work with you and help you along the way with a search for a car. I recommend going to Bay City!
