Everything felt very straightforward and fair while negotiating. The paperwork and finance were also quick and easy after doing a credit app online before going to pick up the car. There were a few small hiccups with financing and paperwork but between Donovan and Jeremy in the finance department we were able to resolve them quickly. Donovan and everyone I’ve spoken to has been kind, and communicative, in addition to responding quickly when I had questions or concerns. This is the third Mazda our family has purchased from this dealership and all three vehicles are still owned by us and have been trouble free. Even though Mike has moved up to new car manager he made time to visit with us while we were at Germaine Mazda. The sale rep Mike connected us with, Carlos, had been with Germaine for 8 years and he answered every question we had and treated us like his family. It was like Mike and Carlos wasn’t just selling us a car they listened to our questions and concerns and gave us answers they didn’t confuse or intimidate us.
