Pleasant experience. Me and my wife were in the market for a new Outlander. We already have one but it's a bit older so we wanted to upgrade. Our salesman Rufus and the General Manager Ali helped us out by giving us a good value for our trade. It was an easy transaction overall. Probably one of the best car experiences I had.

I had an appointment scheduled at 11am (I called in advance). My advisor was very friendly and helpful. I didn't really need much work to be done on my car but they did it fast and efficient.
