I bought a 2020 rogue sport with less than 50,000 miles from this dealership. 10 days later a fan went out and our car overheated. The dealership paid the deductible to get it fixed however we asked for an extension on our warranty for having to get the car fixed 10 days after buying it. Seth the used car manager was absolutely horrible and had no sympathy or compassion for the situation. He was condescending and had no interest in making anything right. Drake, our sales manager fought for us and was amazing but I definitely can’t say the same for any manager there. Nothing was offered in compensation and all we got was a rude manager (Seth).

They took my 2023 Tucson in ostensibly to repair what they identified as clogged injectors. My car was lurching to near stops or randomly speeding up. They claimed to fix it - verbally and on paperwork. Yet a few hours after taking it home, the car began lurching to near stops, again. They turned off the check engine light. That was their "repair". I'm disgusted by their disregard for human welfare as others could have been injured by their passive aggressive refusal to repair my car.

I purchased my Hyundai Genesis there about 8 years ago. I am extremely satisfied with my Service Technician, Mike. He is always very professional and extremely helpful. Whenever I bring my car in for service, he is never bothered by having to explain his service recommendations to me and then possibly having to call my husband to explain those recommendations again. He always makes bringing my car in convenient and I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with him. Often times we write in to tell about our negative experiences. But, I wanted to make sure I let you all know that Mike is the reason I bring my car in to the dealership for service.

Our salesperson, Catherine “Cat” McMillian, is incredible. She is the only car salesperson we have ever used twice. She was excellent both times. She answered most of my questions before I even asked. When I did ask questions she knew the answer or got me the answer within 15 minutes. After we purchased the car she reviewed every detail of the car and it’s technology in great detail. She acts with the highest integrity and is truly a person you can trust with a difficult car buying decision.

After purchasing my 2024 Hyundia Tucson in May I would like to say how happy I am with the exceptional and courteous service I received from from Catherine McMillian. I would definitely recommend Catherine and Joseph Airport-Hyundai to family and friends. Thank you very much :)
