Terrible service department. Rude techs and management, they can't fix a Volvo, keep the car for weeks, saying they are working on the repair, and charge an exorbitant price for the "repair". As soon as you drive off, you realize they didn't repair anything. The same problem they said they fixed is still happening and they didn't fix it, but they sure charged for the "repair". They did NOTHING. They lied. They were incredibly rude throughout the service process. So rude, that I will NEVER do business with them again. I will take my car to Asheville or Knoxville and any new cars I buy will NOT be from friendship. They act more like enemies than friends. Ick factor (business) off the charts. If negative stars were available, I would give the maximum available NEGATIVE stars.
