Another car purchase from Mastrovito Hyundai and I couldn’t be more happier. Truly great staff and business owners. No other place I would go for all my car needs and wants!
Amanda advised a lug nut was missing and I needed to buy another one. My car was at your service department I believe 3 weeks before for oil change and tire rotation. I believe that lug nut was not tightened securely at that time. No one touched the tires since that visit. I do not believe I should have been charged for another one. That same day of my brake visit my daughter found the lug nut in her driveway which proves it was not tightened securely at last visit. Very disappointing
