Service advisor was good the wait was to long appointments 1000 time after 1230 for a oil change
Great service and treated us well. Dealership was clean and comfortable. We were greeted by Raphael our sales associate and had a great experience

Kia customer service is Amazing very attentive and caring also professional they listen to our needs and Jessie was really nice he inspected all oils also tires and everything was top tier working order, if anyone is looking for a car i recommend Kia of Stockton.
My KIA experience keeps getting better even after 28 years with Stockton KIA. I hope they are there forever otherwise I wouldn’t know where to buy/service a car.
