Tanner is amazing! I was looking online and Tanner really listened to what I wanted and was looking for. Once at the dealership he already was prepared for everything I wanted. He was never pushy was able to answer all of my questions, He made buying my 2026 Rubicon X very painless and easy.
Josh and his team in the service area always make sure my Wagoneer is well taken care of. All of the stay at the dealership are friendly and smile.
Conner and the transmission tech/specialist were good. One more part needs to be ordered and installed. Hopefully that will go as planned.

Service department is normally very cordial and helpful. Today they seemed understaffed and rushed. As I reviewed my inspection review, I noticed three areas of concern. Normally, they would cover these with me personally, but today they just rushed me out.
