I bought a 2011 chevy Silverado LT fron Jon about a month ago now. Jon was extremely helpful and responded almost instantly when I contacted him about looking at the vehicle and any questions I had about it. About a week after I had the vehicle I had some issues with it. I told Jon and he had me in to see his mechanic as soon as he was available. After they diagnosed the problem jon offered to pay half of whatever the costs to fix it was even after I bought the truck "AS IS" which is above and beyond what he had to do. I was extremely pleased and happy with how the whole experience was and how professional Jon was with me. I hate buying cars – well, actually I love cars but I really dislike car dealers. Ruby Auto Group took the car dealer out of the equation and made my recent car purchase the most enjoyable I ever had. What I did get was exactly what I wanted for considerably less than I would have paid if I had found it on my own – Jon more than made up for what I paid him in savings alone – plus he handled everything. He also took my car in trade and gave me exactly what Kelly’s/Edmunds said it was worth in trade. I recommend Ruby Auto Group highly – if you’re busy, just don’t like the car buying experience and want to let an expert negotiate for you.
