Title: Misleading & Unprofessional Experience Review: I had an appointment at Florence CarTown Kia for a 2023 Kia K5 (white with red interior) that the manager personally confirmed was still available when he called me on Saturday. I drove all the way there Monday morning just to find out the car had already been sold. No one called or updated me before I made the trip. To make things worse, they tried to offer me only $500 for my running 2010 Honda that had been appraised at around $1,800 elsewhere. When I mentioned the visible scuffs and imperfections on the other K5 they showed me, they refused to negotiate — saying “the price is the price.” The whole experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and a waste of time. If you value honesty, communication, and respect as a buyer, I’d recommend taking your business somewhere else.

Horrible customer service. Had my kia since October, won't file ppwk. Keep living to me. Why are they not being held accountable?
