went to the dealership to check out a vehicle I had researched on line. Mr Nate Johnson took us to the remote sight where the vehicle was stored and showed us around it. After we decided to buy it, he had us follow him back to the dealership in the new vehicle where he processed the sale. Very pleasant experiance all around.

Disappointed with their character. We purchased a vehicle from Oxmoor Jeep Dodge Chrysler 49 days ago. It came with a “3,000 mile or 3-month” warranty — whichever came first. After just two weeks of owning the car, the check engine light came on and the auto start/stop began malfunctioning. We immediately notified the dealership, but we were unable to secure a service appointment until about a month later at our local certified service center. When scheduling the appointment, we explicitly mentioned that we were getting close to the mileage limit on the warranty and were assured it would be taken care of since the issue was reported well within the coverage period. However, when the appointment finally arrived, the car was roughly 100 miles over the 3,000-mile limit — and at that point the dealership refused to honor the warranty, despite the fact that we had documented the problem and scheduled service far earlier. Extremely disappointed that a warranty is treated as meaningless when the customer does everything right — reports the issue early, schedules ahead, and relies on the dealership’s assurance. We expected better accountability and customer service.
