Great dealership. Everything was straight forward. Drove 3 hours to pick up the Jeep. Dealership even called me to make sure I got home OK.

I've got a 2022 pacifica with less than 38,000 miles on it that has developed issues with the infotainment system GPS display and Audio). Also, sometimes the power rear doors can't be opened from the passenger compartment. I called to make appointment and was dumped into voice mail.. After waiting for 2 days for a call back, which I never received, I called and managed to get through to service to try to schedule an appointment, only to be told I couldn't. Rather I was told to leave this $50K car with them and they'd call me once they got around to looking at it. I really don't consider that an acceptable service response.

My new "go to" dealer - my son was here from out of state over the holidays and had some issues with his Jeep GC. They were able to get him in quickly, diagnosed the problems, sent videos, and performed the needed repairs. We got the truck back when promised and the throughout the process the staff was great. I actually did not know about this dealer until this happened and while my son may not be back they have earned my business and I will be bringing my Dodges here from now on.

I had a great experience, the salesman that helped me was Eddie. I explained what I wanted and he delivered it. I bought cars before but it was never this smooth.

I feel Leith Auto Park in Wendell, is the best dealership in North Carolina. I plan to buy another Jeep GLADITOR next year.
