While the sales experience is important some would argue (myself included) that the service experience is even more crucial in creating brand loyalty, as you spend more time with service than sales over the life of your vehicle. It’s important to trust and have confidence in the work being done as well as to be treated the way it feels to drive a Porsche and I can confidently say the service team delivered on those marks. We had an excellent buying experience with Audi Albuquerque. Salesperson David Sierra anticipated our needs and questions and he was never evasive or pushy like some dealerships. Delivery specialist Brandon Maese was very helpful and knowledgeable about explaining all of the Q5 tech features, of which there are many, especially with the infotainment system. My last Audi was from 2013, so I had a lot to learn. We’re very happy with our purchase and we feel like we got a great price after David informed us about the limited time $4,000 Audi incentive discount and the $1,000 Costco member discount that were available when we purchased the vehicle.
