I sent an email the evening prior specifying which vehicle I was interested in, and Jake called the next morning. I expressed my concern that the vehicle would sell before I was able to make it up to Rolla. He held onto the keys so any sales person would have to go through him before arranging a test drive of that particular vehicle, so he could notify me, which tickled me to death because I was really concerned this car could just sell before I had a chance to get up there that afternoon.
The best thing about Jake? He isn't pushy, and he works well with folks that have those xxxxxxx personalities, like me. Jake took all my questions in stride, was knowledgeable, and a down right pleasure to deal with.
Now the GM, Chad... he's like that best buddy you had 15 years ago that you've not seen in ten years and makes a mean grilled ham and cheese. Is it part of the sales gimmick, you're thinking? I don't think so, I believe it is truly genuine. We had a miscommunication with the bank that left us agitated, unsure where the error occurred; Chad was transparent and handled the problem efficiently and smoothly. My husband and I left there incredibly impressed with the entire team and excited to purchase our next pickup with them... which says a lot because the last two dealers we dealt with, I was ready to rip their heads off - and I'll never do business with them again, but Sakelaris will have our loyalty, as long as these three remain in the fold.
Finance overall can be pretty boring, BUT Regina kept pleasurable conversations during the entire exchange, we could have chatted all afternoon. She is also a retired volunteer firefighter, so if you see her, thank her for years of service!

My experience so far has been a very good one. I called to inquire about an older vehicle and I was pleased that Sakelaris was willing to work with us even though what we are looking for is older vehicle. I would certainly give them a chance and we would have to do a considerable drive as we live in Kansas. Thank you for your patience and help. It's so appreciated they weren't just concerned about selling us a car but we're concerned about what we needed.

I went to all dealerships in and around town to look for a car and Denny Ford was by far the best. The others would pressure me to buy a certain car or they would give the price far too high or they would not be interested in selling a car to me. Al Mesko was wonderful to work with and everything was perfect in the end. On that day, I was supposed to return a rental car in St. Louis and was actually thinking to buy my car in St. Louis, but to top the great experience with Denny Ford, Al Mesko even arranged for a driver to drive behind me to St. Louis and take me back to Rolla, where I picked up my new car.
This a local dealership with small town curb appeal and outstanding customer service. My salesperson was Ms. Jodi Cook, she was phenomenal from the beginning, and worked dilegently to make sure I was getting the vehicle I wanted which is a 2012 Ford F150 XLT 4X4 Super Crew 5.0L V8 with chrome package at a reasonable price.
Denny Ford Lincoln Mercury of Rolla, Missouri cares about you as the customer, sure they want to sell you a vehicle, but they want you to be happy with your purchase and will go out of their way to ensure your happiness. There is no high pressure sales tactics, or salesperson following you around the lot. Additionally, if they don't have a vehicle on the lot you like, they will locate one for you and have it delivered.
I generally deal with larger dealerships because that is where I thought you generally would get a better deal, but I was proven wrong by this dealership, becasue my best deal came from them. Mr. Dewey Gray who is the General Sale Manager was phenomenal as well, he was willing to go above and beyond what most dealerships are willing to do to ensure customer satisfaction, and to earn repeat business from me as a customer. They have a motto that says Where We Refuse To Be Undersold or Out Serviced, and they stand by this 100%. You will be hard pressed to find this commitment anywhere else.
This for me is the first of many purchases that I will make from Denny Ford Lincoln Mercury.
