Helping my son search for a car. We were interested in used Toyota's, Suburu's and Honda's, however, the dealer didn't have any in his price range. The salesman was very pushy, rude and kept trying to push us into a Hyundai Santa Fe, which we had no interest in. He accused me of not letting my son buy the car, which he wasn't interested in. We quickly walked out. He only cared about making money, not the customer. This happened, Saturday, August 1, in case management wants to ask me who he might be and do some employee ethical training!

After spending $ 299.71 on a oil change, my husband checked the air filter and it should have been replaced. It stated on the report that it had been checked. I have trusted Honda to do the work I paid for!! I wonder what else wasn't done. Very unhappy. I will no longer trust Honda to take care of my car. It is unfortunate, I have always been treated well by the customer care staff that is inside.

From start to finish, the car buying experience was top notch. Julian went out of his way to make sure we were kept up to date on everything that was going on with our new car. This is our third purchase from this dealership, so obviously we highly recommend them.
