Negotiated one deal over the phone with JC. Got to the dealership and Dallas wouldn't let the deal go through and raised the price. Told me they made a mistake and I would have to eat 100% of that mistake. Asked for second key fob for a Ford at a Ford dealership and was told that was possible due to the cost. Very unprofessional dealership was the only person in the dealership besides the 8 people working the sales floor people kept leaving and going on smoke breaks while I was waiting on paperwork.
