This place is a joke. We were Dave promised a call back ASAP.interested in a coach that we located on their website. My father called and was put in contact with a salesman named Dave. For several days (more than a week) my father tried to get in contact with him. Left a ton of voicemails that were rarely responded to. Finally Dave and my father connected and were in the process of trying to Work out a deal. Not once did Dave ask for a deposit on the coach. Yesterday afternoon Dave and my father talked and Dave was "Supposed" to be speaking to the seller (the coach was on consignment) as well as speak to his manager to finish the deal. Dave promised a call back ASAP. Meanwhile my father got on the website to show me the coach and it was gone! I tried to any Dave and of course got his voicemail (imagine that!). I called back andasked to speak with someone else. I got Jason who was as arrogant as they come, who told me the coach was sold At 11:30 that morning! So in essence, the Coach was sold right out from under us! The dude had the nerve to ask why we didn't put a deposit down? The answer is simple! We weren't asked to put a deposit down. That is the job of the salesman! So then I asked to speak to a manager. Imagine my surprise that one wasn't available. Jason didn't offer a call back from a manager, but of course promised a call back from Dave. WE DON'T WANT TO TALK TO DAVE! His lack of communication IS what caused this Coach to be Sold out from under us. Of Course you Can imagine that we still Have NOT received a call from any manager.  Oh and don't use their "live chat" feature. you aren't chatting with a live person like they advertise. It is a computer generated response. The service (or lack thereof) is terrible and obviously they do not care about finishing a deal with Someone. Very Disappointed. I would advise to steer clear of this place!
