Dealership service is good, but corporate Chevy customer service is infuriating. My truck is 1 year old and has been to the dealership for a different problem 3 times in the last month, twice on a rollback tow truck because it would not drive. Since it is under warranty they issued me a rental and paid for it, however corporate Chevy now requires the rental to be a GM vehicle. There are very few GM rentals that are available, and they are all small and not comparable to what I regularly drive. Corporate is the only level that can approve a non-GM vehicle to be issued and paid for (the dealership cannot) and corporate customer service is not helping me out. The rental lot is FULL of other brand vehicles big enough for my family, but I am in a vehicle that will not fit my family because it's the only GM available in the fleet. It should be simple for them to approve a comparable vehicle that will fit my family but corporate customer service is being stubborn. I understand the idea behind wanting me to drive a GM rental so I don't fall in love with a different vehicle, but I am so inconvenienced and furious at Corporate Chevy customer service at this point I will never buy another Chevy. This decision is not even related to how many problems I've had with my brand new vehicle. I have been struggling to find a friend to help me take my family places for weeks and this is unreasonable. Either fix my vehicle or give me an appropriately sized rental regardless of the make of that rental. This corporate decision makes no sense and has turned me off to Chevy for life.
My husband and I worked with Roger trying to find a used truck for my husband. He worked very diligently and tried his best to find something my husband loved! The only negative we can say is that the finance department was not able to get us approved in a payment range that we needed, so we ended up purchasing a truck from another dealer the same day (with the same credit union that would not meet the same terms at Beaty). Roger is great !!!
I have gone to Beaty for service since the late 90’s. I have bought a few cars there also, several used and a new Corvette. Overall very pleased with the service I have received. I have worked with Cory in service for the last 6-7 years and he is great. Roger Williams in sales is also a very hard and conscientious worker. I recently had service on both of my cars and he called and followed up with me on how everything went. One must remember when dealing with some service departments, these employees are slammed and I feel sometimes overworked. So it helps to have patients when going in.
Awesome Dealership!! My sister and I came over the mountain from NC to look at cars . Our salesman was KEITH BEASLEY and he was GREAT I have to say he’s probably the Best car salesman I’ve ever done business with ! But everyone there was so NICE treated us like FAMILY !!! I would tell anyone looking forA Honest and GREAT DEALERSHIP TO BUY FROM THIS IS THE ONE . I will return and recommend them !! I LOVE MY CHEVY EQUINOX ❤️

Very Friendly easy going, The customer service is above and beyond.
