While I tend to not publicly blast companies or business I found it necessary to do so for this dealer. I contacted them about a vehicle and while they promptly responded, I was personally disgusted by how the email was closed out. After asking to not be contacted again, I mysteriously got a text message from the same employee(who I will not name). This message was inappropriate and frankly disgusting. It involved a prayer, and something to the effect of being condemned for not believing. I would gladly copy paste the text message if not for my lawyer telling me otherwise. She then claimed it was a "mistake" to text me. It is 2016 that is almost impossible to do, it was actively done. Accidents and coincidence don't happen within the same vain of why I refused to do business with this dealer in the first place. Business 101 don't discuss policitcs, religion or orientation with customers. I will be reaching out to the BBB as well as other avenues to make sure this disgusting act doesn't go unpunished. Do not shop here! Unless of course you also think religion is appropriate in business. Not everyone is from the same place. Shame on you!
The whole transaction was amazing from start to finish. My credit is beyond horrible and they managed to get me in a 2012 Ford Fusion. As soon as I walked in the door they were pleasant and friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone.
Excellent experience!....i bought a 2004 jeep liberty and love it to death. The dealership gave me a great price on the Jeep and they didn't charge me any extra fees which is unheard of in the state of georgia. I will definitely be back to buy my next vehicle.
I enjoyed working with the entire staff at First Union Automotive. Jessica and Tiffany as well as the entire staff treated me like staff from the time I walked in the door to after the purchase of my Chrysler 300 to ensure I was satisfied with the car. They will locate a car for you if the one you want is not available. No pushy or aggressive sales tactic.
I was in the market for a used vehicle for my mom. My sales lady was very knowledgeable about the company and the vehicle in which i was seeking. I was kept up to date regarding my vehicle and the process of it. I did purchase the SUV. I would recommend this dealership along with my sales lady(Natosha). Could've done it without you, Thanks Natosha... Special Thanks to jason and The ower of First Union Automotive... YOU ROCK........ M. Kinchen
Don't be fooled by First Union Automotive. They are extremely friendly and helpful until you sign the papers and drive off of the lot. They also screen all of their reviews so that only the positive feedback will be visible. They offer a warranty that doesn't cover anything, and their inspection process is bogus. I purchased a vehicle from them, and I have had nothing but trouble out of it. Before I purchased the car, I pointed out a few issues that I noticed... clutch, bad tires, brakes... They told me that the clutch was fine even though you have to let the pedal out all the way before it starts pulling. I was told that the noise I heard coming from the tires was just "tire noise." They put new brake pads on the car, but they didn't replace/turn the rotors, so they will need to be replaced again soon. Now, the CV axles are popping, the ignition switch/relay/computer may be going out... Keep in mind, I've only had this car for about 2 1/2 months! I take responsibility for being stupid enough to buy the car, but I was in a desperate situation, and they took advantage of me! Beware of First Union Automotive!
