I bought my Audi brand new from Audi Las Vegas years ago. Throughout the years of having this car I have always brought it to Audi to get the oil changes and other services along the way. Every person in the service department has been great every time. They keep me updated on what is going on with my car, they are personable and helpful, and they always get my car back to me in a timely manner.

Like any business, the image is only as good as its employees and the representation they present. Kai was my service provider and could not have been better. His communication, professionalism, and general disposition was absolutely amazing. He was always welcoming, and uplifting in every interaction, and I had several. I hope I don't need to return for any further maintenance issues, but if I did, I would certainly ask if he could see me through the process. Again. I'm so thankful for him, and as a company I'm sure you are as well.

The whole team at Audi of Las Vegas made me feel like I was at home. Friendly, Professional and very knowledgeable about the products they were selling. My buying process took a few days, but I never felt pressured or rushed. Jordan and Seth took their time to ensure I understood all the features of my new car, and Justin did a fabulous job getting us through the final paperwork, fast!! This is my first Audi, but it will not be my last!
