Mr John Ringer thank you for making my car buying experience what it was supposed to be.I was very disappointed but he met with me and got everything right. Thats what managers do...

“Trust but verify” I’m a new Vaden customer and had my car in for the 1st schedule service. When kandice my service advisor showed me the invoice, I made her explain to me the line items. The first one was tire rotation 24.95$. So I brought her to the car and showed her the chalk mark I had made on the rear tire. The mark was still on the same position and proved that they didn’t do the job. Now it gets funny. After a few abha, abha she suddenly remembered that the tech Jashamel told her that he didn’t do the rotation because he couldn’t find the lock bolt key. I looked in the trunk and it was on the spare tire where it normally is. So she knew the job was not done but still charged me for it? Wow I call xx on her story. They have lost my trust. Now how do I know they did the other stuff if they’re willing to stiff me for 25$. After leaving multiple calls the service manager Amanda is ghosting me. I will never go there again and you should be very aware of the way they do business.

Not pleased with the treatment I experienced Was charged for something they refused to repair !

Billy was great at explaining figures to me ,if I buy again I will ask for Billy

So I received the notification from Chevy about the software update to limit to 80% and enable indoor charging and use of range below 70 miles. Went to Vaden Chevrolet in Pooler GA, after making an appointment where they clearly understood why I was coming, and that the software update would take up to 3 hours. When I got there they tried to tell me that there was no software update. Then when I offered to send them the GM e-mail that suggests I should get the update, they admitted there was an update but they didn't have it. And finally they admitted that their technician had lost his certification and that they couldn't install the update. I asked why they didn't call me in the first place and tell me not to come, and they then claimed they did not know about the problem until I arrived at the dealership. You can make your own decision as to whether this sounds like an honest dealership or not. I will never set foot in that dealership again. I am wondering what more Chevy can do to me.
