I took my 2017 Elantra in for its maintenance. The service department gnarled up the oil plug gasket. On top of it they informed me that they were no longer honoring our paid for service agreement and will give me 2 complimentary services. I have since contacted the loan agency and they have said it’s not going to change how much I pay just how long I pay but I must jump through a bunch of hoops to do anything. I’ve kept to my end of the deal by paying the loan even when I’m unemployed they need to keep to their end of the deal. This is completely unacceptable as I bought the car with this confidence that my car would remain maintained even in tough time and right when times get tough the dealership spits in my face adding stress to my already stressful situation.

I purchased a used vehicle in Dec 2016 and love the car. I also bought a "oil change for life" service package and paid $550 for this service. I have had 3 oil changes since then at the recommended mileage intervals of 3000 miles. Today I learned that Grand West Hyundai is now Red Rock Hyundai. The new owner of the dealership is not going to honor the "oil change for life" but will give me 3 more free oil change services to appease me. So that is 6 total oil changes for $550? This doesn't seem right to me! I thought I had a contract with the dealership and when it was sold that contract should have been part of the deal. Apparently, it doesn't work that way. I am very disappointed and would like to know if I have any legal recourse.

Great cars and great service. Employees took time to figure out exactly what I needed and did everything they could to make it happen. I will keep coming back to Grand West Hyundai

Satisfied - I wish buying a car did not have to take so many hours. With the technology that is available I wish the process was faster.
