Bought a car from LBC last summer and the wife was really nice and helped me out during my time in need. I was desperate for a vehicle since I started a new job and I have kids that needed to get to and from school. Was informed during the time of sale that the Tesla can supercharged. Fast forward vehicle is now in my position, took it to Tesla following days for them to update my information to the computer. Only to find out the car cannot supercharged and other issues. I contacted the business right away all in my 1 month. And that man told me on the phone well I done get your money and it’s too late, then hung up on me. I contacted my financial institution and basically nothing happened. The car is driving but I can’t take long drives because it only charges at home at 5miles per hour and that sucks. My job is 1 hour away. That does eat my miles. The husband sucks. I’m surprised they are still in business the way he handles their customers. But Yahweh be with them.

I've purchased a handful of cars from Mike directly. Matter in fact, I've personally worked with him for years and he is by far the best car owner I've worked with ever. I'm no longer in the car business, but Mike always took care of me. No matter what, he was there as a mentor and as a friend. If you come with people with respect and gratitude, usually they return the favor. I recommend Mike to all my friends and family that are looking for a very AFFORDABLE PRICED used car. Most will sell you flood cars and up the price, I know I was in the industry for a decade. Mike is square business in my book and always will have a loyal customer for life.

You knowing something and not disclose it when someone is comming from more than 20 miles DONT BE THAT LYING DEALERSHIP, O YOU ALREADY ARE THAT ONE. Drove a long way for nothing. Asked him to rate the car he said it was a 9. Milage didn't match carfax. This guy is a thief. Car also had dents and the dash was broken. 9, more like a 5. Good luck but I don't like liars

I thought that many of these reviews couldn’t have been as bad as it seems but after I arrived for 5 mins everything others said became true. I was really interested in a 2015 BMW 2 series so I called in to see if it was available. I came right away when I heard it was available, someone then “greeted” us by saying “Do you need help?” and left after he pointed me to the car I came for. I had many questions when I looked at the car since the door had a huge gap and couldn’t close right, there was many cosmetic damages, and probably many more hidden engine problems but there was no salesperson to be seen. The sales person then started yelling at me for trying to close the door. I asked him if they would be able to fix it, he didn’t respond and said to leave the door open. I was trying to ask him what happened to all the cosmetic damages and if it was in a crash because the whole door wouldn’t close and the front bumper was separated from the headlight on one side, he cut me off before I could even ask him and said “IT’S A CAR” while leaving. Was very interested but that’s one of the worst salesman ever, it’s like they don’t even want to talk to you or sell you cars. Bring your business elsewhere and Do NOT buy a car from here! All their cars seemed to have damage and big gaps on the hoods. They say they have all clean titles but they probably just “fix” the cars and don’t report anything. I said “fix” because it’s still obvious that it’s been in an accident because the shop did such a terrible job at it.

I purchased a 2010 Mercedes GLK350 from Mike in September 2019. The engine light came on within a week and he told me it was probably from the gas cap not being put on tightly. He said it probably needed resetting. I asked how do you reset it and he stopped answering me. I have had nothing but trouble with this car. I would NOT recommend using this car lot! They are also not very professional when you are taking care of business their children are running all over the office being disruptive! DO NOT BUY FROM LBC AUTO SALES!!!!! **I WAS ALSO THREATENED WITH LEGAL ACTION FOR POSTING MY REVIEW ON GOOGLE**

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! I bought a car about a month ago. They told me they were going to fix the air since it wasn’t working . I got a second opinion and they told me it was the compressor which MIKE told me he was going to fix it. They kept my car for 10 days and the next day I drove my car back the noise was twice as louder. He said I didn’t have to pay the rest of the money which was 320 cause the car was making a noise. So now the radiator is not working and I’m getting a engine over heating signal. Because of all the lies my brother left a a bad review on them and JUST cause of the review he told me I have to pay the rest of the money. Not only do I have to pay for a new compressor which THEY DID NOT FIX they just put a new belt but I have to get a new radiator and pay the last payment for a poor job. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE AND BUY A CAR. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!
