What Others Say

Cannot recommend. I requested info on Monday inquiring about a RAV4 Hybrid. During the call back, I specifically asked at the end of the phone conversation that the dealer notify me if the car was sold before I drove two and a half hours to see it. I was burned just a year before at another dealer that did that to me without so much as a text message (this is 2024, not 1980). For the next few days I got spurious texts asking if I was still planning to keep my Friday appointment (the earliest my wife and I could be free from work obligations), and I replied yes every time. Finally, I sent a text that morning confirming I would be there between 2-2:30. At 11:25 before my wife an I left, the SALES MANAGER sent me an e-mail saying "all set" for my visit. So my wife and I left for the appointment. Shortly before pulling into the dealership, I received a text that the vehicle sold "last night or this morning". I replied to the text with a screen shot of the sales managers e-mail. They said they tried to call me at 1 PM, but the area north of Dubois PA is a dead zone for phones. Car deals don't happen in an hour. Someone was there well before we left showing interest in the car, and they let me drive the whole way. They also didn't get their story straight (did the car sell last night, that morning or at 1 PM?). Then they wanted me to come in to see if I was interested in anything else! I have screen shots of all the times of texts, phone calls and that e-mail. They did apologize, and said it was unfortunate. Yes. Unfortunate for me and my wife. They sold a car, made money and I'm out a tank of fuel, and 250 more miles on a car I'm planning to trade in, plus the loss of five hours of my day. It is 2024. You can easily set up a spreadsheet or an app where you log people's appointments regarding a vehicle and have a receptionist or administrative assistant quickly call if someone is dealing on a car. Show respect for people's time! I wish I could buy a car on Amazon and save this ridiculous circus of buying a car, wasting hours on salespeople having your numbers taken to the manager, hearing their sob stories about how little they are making on the deal, and then shafting you with fees and add-ons.

Horrible customer service. Salesman would not return calls or even give a simple reply. Highy advise to go elsewhere. They dont care about the customer one bit.
