Buying a car is often a stressful endeavor, but not this time. I was met with a warm, and knowledgeable sales consultant/Cory. He listened to my needs/wants and kept looking for the right SUV. The whole process was seamless. Talking to the finance department was enlightening as he went thru what I was purchasing and even tips on credit management. They went above and beyond to make this an enjoyable experience. I never felt pressured, rushed or overwhelmed with information. My return trip was the same with additional services and a free car wash. I would recommend this dealership and the professional. Ganley team to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Beware,watch what you sign. They will put add ons without your knowledge Inflate the cost of the vehicle,especially on leased ,will never step foot in any of their dealership

Negotiated price on used vehicle and trade in. Negotiated 21500, OTD. Signed the 4 square as well as the finance manager signing it. I get back to finance and the finance guy noticed the mistake, which I previously pointed out to the salesman. I told them payoff on the trade, was upfront there was a balance on the trade. Owed 5k, they offered 2500. I made an offer of 21500 out the door, sales manager made a mistake, wrote the trade down as paid off and allotted 2500 as down payment from equity in the car. I told the salesman the numbers didn’t look right. Now, if that was the case, I would have paid OVER asking for the vehicle I purchased. They were so excited to get one over on me instead of informing me of that but hey, they agreed to 21500 OTD, salesman and manager ignored me telling the the numbers didn’t look right. Get back to finance, they try to take the trade out of the equation with 21500 OTD as agreed. I obviously said no. Their comment on the signed four square was that’s not a contract and the finance manager made a mistake. I understand that, but you would pressure a customer if they signed and backed out. The entire experience was very shady on their part. I would never trust them again based off the fact that I would have paid over asking for a used car. Even if they lost money, they should have stuck to the OTD price that their sales manager signed off on.

Beware! My experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing and I feel obligated to warn others! From the start, communication was terrible. They didn’t return emails or phone calls, or follow up on any of the concerns I raised after the sale. Once they had my money, it felt like I was no longer a priority. The vehicle I purchased was NOT AS REPRESENTED. Important details were glossed over or completely omitted and when the issues surfaced the NEXT DAY the dealership refused to take accountability. What even more concerning is the overall business attitude. The way they handle customers feels careless and misleading. Based on my experience I DO NOT feel their practices are honest or customer focused. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of reputable dealerships that value transparency and customer service—THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM!!
