Scheduled in 2 days before Christmas, first thing in the morning, all requested services were done; no negative issues

I made an appointment for early morning and when I got there they took me right in and got me in and out quickly, they were courteous and friendly

I had a problem with my diesel truck 120 miles from home Tina at the Service desk and Dillon the mechanic assigned went out of their way to get me back on the road. It was a four hour project. From the service manager back everyone was great and I would highly recommend this dealership.

Drove to Coughlin Chevrolet of Pataskala from Somerset Kentucky 5 HR drive to look at a 2017 Suburban Premiere. My contact and salesman was Dale Chapman my personal experience with Dale was great we were able to come up with figures that I felt was a great value. Everyone at the dealer was pleasant Eli Windland in Finance also was great to work with. Absolutely worth the trip could not be happier. Would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Great personal service, tough negotiating but fun . I have Parkinson’s disease and I have trouble speaking due to Deep Brain Stimulation surgery. . Both Shannon and Stanley of your sales dept were very courteous and understanding during my buying experience, Keith was very understanding in the finance dept also.
