Sales process was quick and easy. Service department is great. Overall Brandon Tomes Subaru is a great dealership.

Nick C Jones was very polite and easy to talk to. He made you feel at ease though a very scary and terrifying experience. Help was always eager to help throw every step. The finance manager Addison Roney was very nice and helpful making it easy through a stressful situation sign all the documents.
Preston was great. Professional and courteous. I wasn't to thrilled with the finance department. Didn't really respect when I told them I had taken care of my financing on my own.
