Overall, my experience purchasing a 2025 Jeep Wrangler from salesman, Jean Leclaire, was great! I highly recommend using him for anyone looking for a new Jeep! Jean was straightforward and fair with me during the negotiation process, which is pretty rare in the car industry these days. He was extremely patient and answered all of my questions (in great detail) regarding the car, its features, the warranties and other benefits advertised by the manufacturer and the dealership. Jean continued to assist me during the financing process (even though it was pretty late at night) and stayed until I finished signing all of the financing documents, which was nearly 11PM. Since it was so late, I planned to come back the next day to bring the Jeep home, but had asked if Jean could make sure that the car was parked in a secure area within the dealership. To assure me that the car would be safe overnight, Jean parked it in the dealership’s garage and also blocked it in behind two other cars, which was great to hear and also clever! The next day, Jean arranged to have the car cleaned and its settings configured/reset well before I arrived, which was amazing since I had a really busy day and needed to be back in the Fort Lauderdale area as soon as possible. Due to Jean’s diligence, I was in and out of the dealership within 15 minutes or so with all of my paperwork and car keys in hand! Thanks again Jean for all of your help!
