great service took the car home the day we looked. I would buy from them again

Took my vehicle in for service of a coolant leak, replaced parts that didn't need replaced. Then told me i needed a new engine after the car sat at their shop for a week. I wat a small leak in water pump. That's the problem with dealers these days, they have technicians, not mechanics. They wanted $8000 to $11000 to fix my car. Had it done for $350.

Puchased a used pickup from this dealeeship. After talking to our sales rep and their service dept., we decided on having some work done on our Jeep GC when we took delivery on our used truck. Service department was excellent and price was lower than the dealership in Milwaukee. Griffin CDJR in Jeffeson is a "customer service" driven dealership! I am seriously considering driving the distance from Milwaukee to use their service in the future!

From start to Finnish it was an awesome experience. CJ our salesperson was great and Greg our finance person who closed everything also. I've bought here before and it was the same then.

Have purchased our 3rd vehicle from Tammy. That tells you have happy we have been with her work. Took lots of time to show me exactly how to operate our vehicles and worked with us to get a good price. Would highly recommend buying a vehicle with Tammy. She spent a lot of time finding our vehicle in a time crunch. We would not purchase a vehicle at any other dealership
