After renting a Kia Soul, just by chance from Enterprise Rentals, we decided that it was exactly what we were looking to purchase. The one we rented was not for sale, so we put the word out everywhere that we were interested in a Kia Soul, no more than two years old, red, with relatively low mileage. We had dozens of proposals but none quite meeting our expectations. We experienced some deaths and major illnesses in our family and put the car search on hold. A month or so passed and we received a call from Blake Weeks, the salesman, advising that he had found what he thought was a car we could accept. We went to look at it, but it had a few more miles than we wanted. But while we were there, he scoured their listings far and wide, and surprisingly found one that was exactly what we were looking for that had just become available. We told him to get it. When the car came in, we were on the death watch for one of our family members and I told Blake that we could not come out to get the car that day because we were exhausted and were going home to rest and have some dinner. But he agreed to bring the car to our house and join us on the patio for a glass of tea while we transacted the deal. I asked how he was going to get back and he had made arrangements with one of their rental locations not too far from our house. There were no surprises, all the numbers were the same as we had been told and the car was perfect . Coincidentally, that family member died later that night and I sometimes refer to our car using her name. In summary, I never expected buying a car to be as enjoyable and painless as what we experienced with Blake. I recommend him highly.

I was wanting to use my high mileage truck for only hauling my travel trailer, so I needed a vehicle to use in my business travel. I went on line to Enterprise and found a 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid that looked like what I needed. I arranged a test drive with the friendly staff in Louisville and loved the car. All of the folks at the dealership were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. It was a very nice, hassle free purchase.

Me and my wife went to look at a new car ended up buying a 2017 Chevy Equinox. Salesman were great the loan process was fast. We will most definitely be back for our next vehicle.
