WOW - Rich was very patient and informative with my son as we bought a truck. Rich explained the process of buying a truck; how credit is established, what credit means, how payments are calculated, what a down payment means, cost of insurance, what payments are, warranty, tires, clutches, engines, and all with a caring and loving tone. My son learned what each vehicle we looked at would cost him to monthly. Through all this Rich was amazing. Rich even took my son on a test drive and explained why test drives are needed and what to do during a test drive. Rich made me a believer and loyal to Car Zone.
