Stay away from this dealer. I have been on-line trying to purchase a car from them and am only able to talk to a robot which refuses to answer any of my questions. I asked for a call back from a real person and never got one. I would not trust them at all. Extremely poor service. Don't waste your time and money

Do not waste your time here. False advertising online of a car they had on their lot. I called to confirm it was there and was told yes and made an appt. Showed up and the sales guy said they sent it back to service just 2 days ago and said it would be back in 3 days. After pressing harder he confessed he really didn’t know if they’d get the car. You could tell he was lying the moment we asked about the car. Steer clear!

TRASH Awful dealership. I purchased a 2020 Ford F150 that broke down a week after I bought it. The vehicle computer shows check engine codes were deleted at the mileage of purchase. I contacted the dealer and they would do nothing to compensate or assist. $5,000 later, I had to get rid of the truck and lost a lot of money on it. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND HGREG TO ANYONE nor ever return.

Terrible place! We purchased a 2023 Mitsubishi eclipse cross at HGreg.com out of Orlando. It is a terrible dealership. Do not go there. My wife ended up buying a truck in the evening. The next day we saw that there was bodywork all done to the vehicle. It was not on the Carfax and the windshield had a crack in it they made my wife finance a $1600 three-year warranty Mandatory upon financing the vehicle. It covered the windshield but when we tried to get the windshield replaced, they denied fixing it. We wanted to return the truck back and they refused to take it back. Do not go to them. This dealership sells a lot of vehicles that have been in either one accident or multiple accidents And they’re not honest with the information on the vehicle or stand to by their warranties they so-called provide.

I purchased a used vehicle from HGreg in Dec 2024 and was misled about the true cost of the transaction. I was told several products were mandatory, including a $4,681 Alpha Warranty, GAP, and more. Despite emailing the dealership four times to cancel the warranty, I’ve received no response. Alpha Warranty told me I must go through the dealership to cancel—which is unacceptable as I am the contract holder. I’ve filed with the FL Attorney General and Alpha’s corporate compliance division. I do not recommend this dealer. deceptive fees, excessive add-ons, refused cancellation, warranty obstruction, Florida AG complaint filed.
