Cassidy was very courteous, personable and prompt with helping me with my trade in for the transfer in vehicle. I think it helped that I had a trade-in which had more equity than the purchase. Overall a better experience than expected

They dont do pre-inspections. Oil stain on my driveway first night parked. Had to wait til Monday to drop it off for service, no loaner until a obvious diagnosis. Finally a loaner after a couple days. So far the leak seems to have been taken care of. Would like to have my driveway cleaned. False advertisement on a 125+ point inspection.
