Everything from our initial message, confirming my visit, and having the car ready when I got there. Eric was very patient with all my questions, and helped me find the vehicle I felt was best for me. They both then helped me secure an awesome deal, and we got everything done efficiently. He was sweet to my parents, and because the car hadn't been smogged, he got me a lyft home and delivered the car to my door.
